Faithful & Ready to Flourish

This month, our declaration is based on Matthew 25:21. It says “Well done, good and faithful servant: you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things: enter into the joy of your Lord.” We have taken the month of February to declare this verse into our lives and to work on being faithful followers of Christ.

We want to be faithful in all that we do, this year and for years to come. Whether that looks like showing up on time to work and events, reading our Bibles regularly, or following through with a commitment even when we don’t feel like it.

We want to be faithful to seek and honor God in all the areas of our lives. Faithful in relationships, jobs, our spiritual walk and even in our thoughts. We desire to seek His will regularly and follow His direction sincerely.

We want to be especially faithful in our prayers and in our giving. We want to be open to all kinds of giving, whether it would be in the giving of our time, our money, or even our hearts. We have a passion to be faithful in our prayers for others and for our world.

We want to be faithful in sharing our testimonies for God’s glory. He has done so much for us and continues to do it in our daily lives. We aspire to be more positive and to look at life through God’s eyes. We desire to see His hand in every circumstance.

Why do we endeavor to be faithful? Because God promises us time and time again, that when we are truly faithful to Him, He will cause us to flourish in all we do.
